It is lunchtime on the day of the visit to Burton Albion and as I eat my sandwich I reflect on whether or not this is the biggest game of the season for Wrexham. I conclude it must be because if we win at Burton then hope continues that we can catch them and gain that elusive automatic promotion spot whereas if we draw or lose then that gap looks unsurmountable. So to answer my own question this is the biggest game of the season.........so far........because a win will bring more and more big games as Dean Saunders young side look to regain Football League status. Without the three points tonight though the big games will no doubt come they will only bring us two possible Wembley dates and the purgatory of the play offs. Come on you Reds...........
